END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

The following license applies to the trial version of AutoRun Architect. If you do not have a trial version of AutoRun Architect, see the section below titled "AutoRun Architect End User-License".

AUTORUN ARCHITECT LICENSE - TRIAL VERSION
Trial Version License - By receiving and/or using this 7Bear Software, Inc. ("7Bear Software"), ("AutoRun Architect") software (the "Software"), you accept the following Trial Version User Agreement. This agreement is a binding legal agreement between 7Bear Software and the purchasers, users or evaluators of this "Software". Subject to the terms of this Agreement, 7Bear Software grants to you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, without right to sub-license, to use this "Software" for evaluation purposes in accordance with this Agreement and any other written agreement with 7Bear Software. 7Bear Software does not transfer title to this "Software" to you; the license granted to you is not a sale. If you do not agree to be bound by this agreement, remove this "Software" from your computer now and, if applicable, return to us by mail any copies in your possession.

By continuing with the install you acknowledge that all the concepts, ideas, program code and any other elements of components of this program is given to you on a confidential and non disclosure basis and is the original invention and proprietary to, and the sole property of, 7Bear Software.

This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed by 7Bear Software to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation period an activation fee is required. To purchase the "Software", see the AutoRun Architect web site at http://www.AutoRunArchitect.com for information about online ordering.

You may, without making any payment to 7Bear Software:

a) give exact copies of this evaluation version of AutoRun Architect personally to anyone for evaluation.

b) distribute exact copies of this evaluation version of AutoRun Architect, if done exclusively through electronic channels; and

c) make as many exact copies of this evaluation version of AutoRun Architect as you wish, for purposes of distribution as described in (a) and (b) above.

You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any copies, however made, and from distributing such copies with other products of any kind, commercial or otherwise, without prior written permission from 7Bear Software. 7Bear Software reserves the right to revoke the above distribution rights at any time, for any or no reason.

This software, and all accompanying files, data and materials, are distributed "AS IS" and with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. This disclaimer of warranty constitutes an essential part of the agreement. In no event shall 7Bear Software, or its principals, shareholders, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, or parent organizations, be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever relating to the use of AutoRun Architect, or your relationship with 7Bear Software.

In addition, in no event does 7Bear Software authorize you to use AutoRun Architect in applications or systems where AutoRun Architect`s failure to perform can reasonably be expected to result in a significant physical injury, or in loss of life. Any such use by you is entirely at your own risk, and you agree to hold 7Bear Software harmless from any claims or losses relating to such unauthorized use.

This Agreement is the complete statement of the Agreement between the parties on the subject matter, and merges and supersedes all other or prior understandings, purchase orders, agreements and arrangements. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for all matters relating to this Agreement shall be in courts and fora located in the State of New York, and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue.

All rights of any kind in AutoRun Architect which are not expressly granted in this License are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by 7Bear Software. You may not rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on AutoRun Architect. You may not make access to AutoRun Architect available to others in connection with a service bureau, application service provider, or similar business. You may not modify any of the files included in this distribution or obtain any such files in any manner whatsover. There are no third party beneficiaries of any promises, obligations or representations made by 7Bear Software herein.

If you attempt, in any manner, to use this program for any purpose other then evaluating the software for future purchase or if you tamper with any of the files you will be considered to be in breach of this agreement and will be subject to both material and punitive damages. Such damages will not be less then $10,000 U.S. Funds plus any expenses incurred by 7Bear Software Inc. in enforcing this agreement.

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software by 7Bear Software, Inc. ("7Bear Software"). Your use, distribution, or installation of this copy of AutoRun Architect software (the "Software"), indicates your acceptance of this License.

If you do not agree to any of the terms of this License, then do not install, distribute or use this copy of the "Software".

This copy of the "Software" may be installed on a single workstation and used by at most one user at any time. This is not a concurrent use license.
